As individuals demand change, they are seeking stakeholders to do more than just agree with the movement's beliefs. The expectation is for above-and-beyond tangible actions. Though they may use different terms, the public is demanding that companies practice a corporate social mindset. Listening to and learning from individuals and society can help companies shape active and authentic initiatives and products/services that speak to social issue needs.
